Sandpiper is a beautiful beach front town home overlooking the sugar white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in the quaint seaside village of Mexico Beach, where you'll find friendly locals, outstanding fishing, clean beaches and no high rise buildings! Our vacation rental is located at Pier Point, a popular area of Mexico Beach because it is situated right by the City Pier. There you can join residents and visitors alike every day at sundown to observe some of the most spectacular sunsets you may ever witness.
Sandpiper is a newly acquired property. Tthe renovation and updating was completed on April 2, 2017.
All of the furnishings are brand new, along with the wonderful Hampton Home Serta Tranquility beds in both bedrooms. The living room features an American Leather queen size Comfort Sleeper. Also, our interior designer, Pam McCoy of Knoxville, TN once again lent her extensive knowledge, skills and signature touch to the creation of a fabulous beach front getaway. (As she has done with our other VRBO vacation homes).
