Come for a vacation in this beautiful, new, luxury home in the gated community of Hawthorne. You will feel right at home. The villa was finished in December 2013 and comes fully furnished and designed by Pottery Barn.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and two walk-in closets. The great bathroom comes with a shower and bathtub. The guest suite features a queen size bed and flat screen tv, along with its own bathroom. The remaining guest rooms have a queen size bed and two single beds.
The home comes with its own swimming pool, jacuzzi and a two-car garage. There are also a laundry machine and dryer at the house. Rounding out the amenities are high-speed internet, cable tv by Comcast and a Weber bbq gas grill.
Last but not least, we have added a whole house water filtration system to ensure that our guests can enjoy clean, chlorine free water.
Also, our guests will be able to enjoy the automatic pool remote control which makes it easy to control the temperature of pool and spa, as well as lighting, waterfall schedule and other features.

I stayed at the house for 3 nights with my daughter for a girls get away. It was a nice house, great location, and we had a great time. Many extras in the kitchen, great grill location and a wonderful pool which unfortunately we did not take the time to use. Great Family house!

We just returned home from this gorgeous property. I would give this 10 stars if I could! The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, actually it is even nicer in person. The home and pool were clean, and everything was in working order. We've stayed at many rental properties - this was far and away the best one we've been to. What stood out with this property from others: * Fully stocked kitchen - there wasn't a utensil we couldn't find. Bowls/plates/glasses/serving platters galore. And very nice quality. * Actual pantry items! So many rentals have nothing in the cupboards but some coffee filters and salt. This home has all kinds of stuff so you aren't forced to buy basic condiments and items you need for recipes - - We even found birthday candles which was great since our daughter had her 1st birthday while we were there! :) * Comfortable beds. There is nothing worse than going on vacation and getting terrible sleep because the bedding is cheap. No worries here! * Tons of towels and extra sheets available. And a full sized washing machine/dryer If you are traveling with kids, this home is a no-brainer. It is perfect. A crib in the master bedroom, kids room with tons of toys/books, bikes, a double stroller, 2 high chairs, portable crib, beach toys/umbrellas/mat, pool floats - it makes packing for kids so much easier! The home is highly child proof, with outlet covers, available cupboard locks, and best of all - no breakable items within toddlers reach. There is a removable pool fence that is easily put up, which really makes you feel better about having children near an in-ground pool. I much prefer renting homes directly from the owner, rather than a property manager, and Bernd was a pleasure to deal with. He responded promptly to any questions that we had during booking and you can tell that he and his wife truly care about their home and the enjoyment of any renters that choose to stay there. I cannot say enough good things about the property and owners, and will definitely be back to this home in the future!
