As we put so much effort in creating and designing this wonderful space, we expect our guests to treat it with their best consideration. Here is the complete list of rules you adhere to by booking this unit.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

No smoking is allowed inside under any circumstances. It is tolerated on the patios. An air purification fee of $500 will be charged out of your caution if smoking was used inside.
No pets are permitted inside the condo.
No party are tolerated.
No visitors.
Children are allowed; but be cautious to watch them at all time.

DURING YOUR STAY

No excessive noises or loud music before 7am and after 11PM on weekdays; and before 8am and after 12PM on weekends to respect our neighbours.
Leave your shoes and boots at the entryway. Use slippers provided to walk inside.
Lock all doors when leaving the property and arm the alarm.
Keys – Every guest will be given 2 keys to open the front door.
House belongings – We ask you to kindly leave all house belongings in the state they were before your arrival. Do not take anything as replacement of any stolen items will be charged out of your caution. Refer to inventory list.
Wi-Fi: Free of charges for all our guests. Refer to code in next pages.
Central A/C: Refer to rules in next pages. access to control in the kitchen and on the first floor.
Central music: Refer to rules in next pages.
Security: Camera installed at the back and front entrance.
To our attention: If you notice anything during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can fix the damages before next guests come in.
