Cancellation Policy

# You have the right to cancel with a 60 days written notice (90 days notice for reservations which include dates Dec/15 to Jan/5). With a timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be refunded less a cancellation fee of U$50. If less than 60 days (or 90 days for reservations which include Dec/15 to Jan/5), all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure.
# It is strongly recommended to take out medical & trip cancellation insurance.

Please recycle: Recycling (aluminum cans, bottles, some plastics, cardboard, newspaper) is available at Brennecke’s parking lot across from Poipu Beach Park.


Please respect Poipu Crater quiet time between 10 pm to 9 am.



POIPU CRATER INFORMATION AND RULES

? Please uphold the nice Hawaiian tradition of removing your shoes at the door. There is a hose outside to rinse your feet, boards, snorkels, etc.
? Shake out towels to avoid clogging the washer/dryer and please empty lint filter regularly.
? BBQ’s are located at the pool. Fire regulations prohibit BBQ’s or other cooking on the lanai.
? Washing powder/liquid for clothes washing is under the sink in lower bath.
? Suntan lotions and oils will stain upholstery so please shower off or put towels down before sitting on furniture.
? To keep mosquitoes, termites and other insects out of the villa, please keep screen doors closed at all times.
? Please do not hang towels or other articles from the lanai railings.
? Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, etc. are not allowed in the Crater.
? The centre lawn has buried open lava tubes which can be very dangerous. Please avoid that area.
? Please remove trash daily to the nearest container; they are located near units #5, #16, # 23 and #29.
? Please use only the designated parking stall for your unit and/or guest stall.
? Swimming pool hours are 8 am to 7 pm. Please note and respect the pool area regulations.
? There is no lifeguard at the pool so use it at your own risk and always accompany children.
? Tennis court hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
? Please contact the Rental Agent or Fely Chalmers (see above) for interior repairs or problems. Please note that the Site Manager Todd Dorny (482-0613) should only be contacted regarding exterior problems and only during office hours (M-F 7-4)
