We moved into our home (a duplex- East side) in April and have done many updates. We are honestly still in the process of making it "ours". Currently it's comfortable and relaxing and ready for you to come enjoy.

Front street parking, we do have access to half of the separated garage. There is no door, but guests are welcome to pull in out of the weather. Small garage.

Main floor and 2nd floor are accessible, there is only one bathroom which is upstairs with updated shower and sink. Washer and Dryer in the basement, which is not a finished space, but guests are welcome to use the facility. Updates to the basement will be Winter '16/'17.

We do not have a microwave. Owners do not cook with one and promote healthy eating. Stove top and convection oven offered.

We will be available for maintenance or questions during your stay. In the case that we are traveling during your stay, a family member will be on call.

Close to TD Ameritrade Ballpark! Gifford Park is great for kids, just two blocks away. California Taco is 4 blocks away, which was featured on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-In's, and Dives. There is a neighborhood garden 3 lots down from our home.

The neighborhood has some narrow streets, but is a typical college area, deep in history. A farmer's market is around the corner on 33rds St on Friday nights.

Parking is available in the front of the home, street parking. Uber and Lyft are common in Omaha, however the home is within walking distance of Midtown Crossing. Plenty of shopping, Cinedine, and restaurants!

Home is a duplex. Neighbors are quiet, but there are normal sounds of living in a duplex.
