Downstairs Game Room and Bedroom: 1 tiled bedroom features queen size bed with large bathroom and shower. Large game room includes pool table and wall mounted dart board and cable TV. Tired of indoor sports? Step outside to the 50' trrex dock and be fishing or floating with the Manatees at the springs in minutes.
