We stayed for President’s weekend with 4 kids 8, 6, 1, 8 months and four adults. The place is just near Scribner’s Lodge. Gary is a fantastic host that communicates fast and makes sure you have everything you need. He even sent us programs for fireworks and things to do with kids in the area, and we had a welcome gift basket with coffee and tea in the house. And Gary complimented us one night, on top of the great price, for staying over two nights. I can’t forget that because there were no reservations before or after us, Gary offered upfront to let us check in and out whenever it was best for us. That is so convenient with kids. The furniture and déco is a bit outdated as seen in the pictures, but the mattresses are new. The shower upstairs is great. The fireplace rocks and there’s plenty of wood outside. The commodity of two units made for an intimate yet spacious retreat with family. There are toiletries in the bathrooms like in the hotels. There are also new towels and plenty of blankets. The view is breathtaking, and it’s especially gratifying to see the slopes with the skiers coming down, it is that close. The house is very warm and there are no weird noises from the heating. It is a very comfortable place. The only thing, the carpet of the loft bathroom has to be changed, but it wasn’t a major issue to put a towel on top. All in all, great place 2 min from the slopes, comfortable and can’t beat the price. Perfect for a family getaway and little kids.

Comfortable house with a beautiful view

This House was super comfortable for our large family and have a spectacular view to the mountains, easy access to the sports of the season, may need a bit of updated as for example the sofa bed on the first floor, Gary is a super friendly and fast answers any question that you have, the price is reasonable. Definitely We recommend this place. Thank you Gary for all.

Spacious, clean for the most part, conveniently located to Hunter mountain.

We stayed for Taste of Country 2017!! 16 of us slept comfortably in this spacious 3 story townhome. We had an absolute blast and met a lot great people who were also staying in neighboring townhomes. This townhouse had everything we needed as far as towels, fresh linens, pots,pans, utensils coffee maker, etc... It was about 1/2 mile walk to the pedestrian bridge and about 1 mile overall to the concert. My only critique would be that the cleaning person pay extra attention to cleaning the baseboard areas and stairway handrailings. Also I was afraid to use the vacuum it had so much duct tape all over the electrical cord. And maybe fix some of the closet doors that were falling off. Also the pool was unuseable. I believe its under repair. Gary was soooo nice and great with any questions I had, and overall make the experience superb!! The price was an extra nice treat as well, being that other places for that event were extremely price. I would definitely book again!!
