Enjoy fishing, water skiing, or just the view. Magic Springs is nearby. This amusement park provides both a water park and and theme park. If you are interested in a different type of excitement, Oaklawn Racetrack has live horse racing from January to April and has a casino and simulcast racing year round. Garvan Gardens has been praised as one of the best woodland gardens in the world. It is located on Lake Hamilton and is accessible by boat or car. There are serveral dining spots in the area, some by boat or car. Hot Springs has events year round and always has something for the family. This house provides a laid back, restful setting. You can relax on the deck or water ski in the back yard. Custom cabinets, granite counter tops, flat sceen tvs in every bedroom and the living area. We have stocked the kitchen with most applicances. This house is located in a kid friendly, family neighborhood. Bring the bikes or the fishing poles.

My husband, mother-in-law, and 2 children spent an entire week over our spring break at this fantastic home. There was som much space inside and out. We caught bass and perch off of the dock, rode our bikes, ran down to the park (about 1 mile away), and we were so comfortable. There is a grocery store at the end of the street (about 1 mile away), and other local establishments very close by. The owners were very responsive to any of our needs. I can't wait to go back!
