There are two gas grills permanently installed on a concrete pad at the rear of the property. We also have dining tables adjacent to the grills.
There is a separate pool surround with patio furniture. The beautiful landscaping complements the property.
The inside of our unit is completely tiled. The hall bath is wheelchair accessible with a barrier free shower.
The kitchen has been remodeled with Corian countertops and cabinets.
The condo has new flat screen TV's in each room. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the second bedroom has been upgraded with full size beds.
