Enjoy a peaceful vacation on the beach in our fully furnished condo located on the 10th Penthouse floor with incredible views. Easy access to the beach and ocean for sun bathing, reading a book, listening to music, an ocean swim, or a stroll along the water's edge as you gather up beautiful shells that you cannot live without! Afterwards, enjoy a swim in the Ocean Towers private pool, lie in one of many lounge chairs, or sit in the gazebo enjoying the ocean breezes with view of the beach, ocean, and pool. Get a glimpse of a passing dolphin's fin or a fisherman catching his trophy. And, if the moonlight is just right late at night, from your balcony you just might see a large sea turtle crawling ashore to dig her nest to lay her eggs (no flashlights or visiting the turtles on the beach please!).

Ocean Towers is located on Hutchinson Island in the city of Jensen Beach. Just over the causeway, you are surrounded by the cities of Stuart, Jensen Beach proper, Port St. Lucie, and Fort Pierce. Within 15 to 30 minutes, you will then have access to all the local and national restaurants, big name stores in the Treasure Coast Mall, strip mall specialty shops, antique stores, discount chains such as Target, Wal-Mart, BJs and Sam's Wholesale. And, so much more!

It is however not necessary to cross the Jensen Beach Causeway to eat, do an activity, or go shopping. Hutchinson Island has many local restaurants and a local ice cream shop to choose from. The local Publix Supermarket is only a few minutes away. The island also has its own CVS Pharmacy with an extensive beach department.

So, whatever you desire, you can have it all. The choice is yours. Stay and play on the beach and swim in the ocean or travel a little to that great restaurant or specialty shop or travel a little bit more to many of the theme park attractions.

FINAL NOTE REGARDING CONDO RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Monthly rentals only.

2. No pets. Only owners may have pets on the premises.

3. Only trucks with no advertisements with a covered rear bed are allowed.

4. A personal interview with a condo association member for those who rent for 4 months or more, or those who rent during the months of June, July, or August will be required to review the most important parts of the condo rules and regulations. Those who live in south Florida may be asked to have a personal interview. Those who live further away and out of state will be required to have a telephone interview.
