Venture III is a tranquil, gated, waterfront retirement community located on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, Florida. It is very quiet, a great place to relax and it's loaded with amenities; fully equipped exercise room, tennis courts, swimming pool, billiards room, clubhouse and private beach access.

It has private beach access where you will find a clean, beautiful sandy beach to relax play in the sand, watch the sunrise, and enjoy the relaxing waves and abundant marine life. If you love to exercise or stroll on an uncrowded beach, this is the perfect choice. This discreet beach is easily accessible by way of the brightly lit, underground tunnel that leads from the community right to the private beach entrance or by vehicle through private gated beachside parking lot that you access with a remote.

There are great restaurants, boutique stores and a taste of “old Florida” a short 5 minute scenic drive to historic Jensen Beach. A full-sized mall (the Treasure Coast mall) is only 10-15 minutes easy drive away. For more shopping and sights, West Palm Beach (45 minutes), Fort Lauderdale (11/2 hours) and Miami/Orlando (2 hours ) are within comfortable reach. Return to your tropical retreat and unwind on the Island.

Venture III also has a community marina with slips available for rent on a monthly basis. If you are looking to put your boat in the water and spend the day fishing, there is a boat ramp for your use also.
