There is ample facility parking, with truck parking across the street, a free car wash, portico, two elevators, and a quality administrative and maintenance staff.

The condo is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a wet bar, HDTV and free WIFI, a newer hot water heater and AC unit, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer, sliding doors to balcony from living room and master bedroom, plenty of kitchenware and glassware, and comfortable balcony lounge chairs. The elevator stops right next to the condo door.

Payment is accepted in US currency only, and can be paid by credit card online through HomeAway checkout. There is a fee for using this service, charged by HomeAway.

Seasonal rental rates are as follows and require a minimum stay of 60 days per condo association requirement:

Summer ( May thru October), $1750.00 per month

Holidays (November-December) $1950 per month

Peak (January-April) $3250 per month

$500 security deposit for 2 month stay; $1000 for longer stay, due at booking

$100 Association application fee, due at booking

$150 Cleaning service fee due at booking
