Condo has 1350 sq. feet in a Resort type of Building over half of the owners are absent so it is very quite no traffic noise but close to everything. Green-key beach, the sponge docks, casino boat, boat rental, fishing boats, fish off the boat within a fife minute drive. Downtown New Port Richey shops restaurants all close by. Pool and Jacuzzi are heated all year and cleaned every morning.See beautiful.
