Welcome to our wonderful Bethany Beach three bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse located only approximately 1/2 mile to the beach and boardwalk. Walk, bike, or take the Bethany beach trolley, which will pick you up just up the street. This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community of Villas of Bethany West, centrally located in Bethany Beach, close to restaurants and shopping.

This house is fully equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. The updated kitchen includes new appliances, washer/dryer, microwave, and coffee pot. The living area includes a 50" TV, Wood Fireplace, Audio System, WiFi, and comfortable seating. The dinning area comfortably seats 8, including a dinning room table and bar stools.

There is a beautiful back patio which boasts a gas grill, patio set, and an outside shower. There is even a large back yard for the children to play!

The quiet residential community has a HUGE Swimming Pool with a kiddie pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, and small playground. There is no extra fee for using the community pool and tennis courts. There is also a community pond, which is a Salt Pond, with a dock for launching your kayak or canoe.

This townhouse includes 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It sleeps 8 people. Bedroom #1(master) has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom # 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom # 3 has 2 sets of twin bunk-beds. Linens are not included, so please plan to bring your own linens and towels.

This townhouse is within walking distance or an easy bike ride To The BEACH, restaurants, coffee shop, boardwalk, etc. Wawa, Rita's, Grotto Pizza, and many restaurants are just steps away!
