Sea Colony is know for being a premier beach and tennis resort community. A short walk, bike or trolley ride from the unit will take you to the private ocean beaches you've been longing for all year. Whether its a quick trip to the nearby heated outdoor pool or any of the 11 pools in the Sea Colony community (including 2 indoor pools), stay here and have access to it all!

Quick jog to the fitness center, playground, town center with many restaurants, and live music on the bandstand earn this unit a gold star for location!

We hope your family enjoys the unit and the amenities that Sea Colony has to offer as much as we do. Amenities include many activities for the kids including camps, kids night out, Bingo, swim meet money hunts and a can't miss Bonfire (marshmallows provided).

All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a recreational association fee of $40 per person for a week during the summer months. (June 11th - Sept. 2nd)

$12/person from January 1st- May 6th, Sept. 11th-Dec. 31st

$20/person May 7th- June 10th, Sept. 3rd - Sept. 10th

All in- season reservations are full weeks-Saturday to Saturday

During off- season weekend rental is available
