The floors are hardwood and the house is well appointed with comfortable furnishings. There is plenty of closet space for storage and a washer/dryer in the 3rd smaller bedroom closet. Outside there is a large deck which overlooks the dunes and a private pathway that leads down to the sugar sand beach. There is an outdoor shower, one enclosed garage space and ample parking along the side where you could park a boat, trailer, or RV. Enjoy beautiful unobstructed views, clean air, and long walks on the beach while living minutes away from Daytona Beach city limits and 10 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and schools.
