The unit has a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, including a glass-top stove and granite counter tops. Have breakfast at the bar and dinner at the dining room table. Enjoy the new AC, new king size bed with new bed linens, new leather/reclining sofa, two flat screen TVs (bedroom TV has built-in DVD player), entire unit is tiled floor. No worrying with keeping up with a key. Each tenant is assigned a new security code and it is deleted at the end of your stay. Basic internet service is available in the unit along with cable TV. One assigned parking place right outside of your unit. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, golf pull carts, and one set of golf clubs are available for your use. Laundry can be done in our full-sized washer and dryer. Our unit is close to all of the Ocean Village amenities, but yet we are in a quiet location on the ninth green.
