Walk out your door, look left and view the beautiful Indian River, walk a few steps to the right and visit the Atlantic Ocean. This place has so much to offer within walking distance. The Melbourne Beach Supermarket, the Library, gas station and convenience store, oceanfront dining, a local drugstore and some terrific restaurants. Less than 4.5 miles to Downtown Melbourne with an additional 23 plus restaurants and terrific boutique retail and antique shops. Golfing is close by. Melbourne Beach has many hiking preserves and nature trails as well as a biking trail. You are only 14 short miles to Sebastian Inlet for some of the best fishing and surfing in our area and 20 miles to the heart of Cocoa Beach and Ron Jon's famous surf shop.
