THE HOUSE:

This large and charming home in the Clements Historic District, in the heart of downtown Denver is the perfect place for sleeping, eating, entertaining and working. Whether you are here for a conference with your co-workers, need a unique place for your out-of-state wedding, or your family reunion, our vacation rental may have just the character and venue you are looking for, lots of room for many occasions. This is our primary residence but vacate the house during your visit.

Sleeps 1-12.

The house has been completely remodeled and upgraded with all new furnishing.

THE FIRST FLOOR has a French Country style FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with gas fireplace and table that seats 4-5,. The dining room is large and able to seat up to 10 people. The parlor and living room sit next to each other so there is plenty of room for socializing, holding meetings, teaching workshops, presentation or simply hanging out with family. The larger family room seats 12 with cable tv, sound bar and games

There is a bedroom on the first floor that has a queen bed and access to a the patio and large bathroom.

Walk up the ballroom staircase to the THE SECOND FLOOR which has 4 four charming and vintage bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. Basinet available. Six single beds, a futon, full and king size beds. Upstairs bathroom has shower with tub.

Internet throughout the house.

Mile High Stadium-about 2-3 miles or take the rail a block away.
