A beautiful property with great amenities! Had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return!

The lodge served as host to what most of our guests will remember as one of the best weekends we’ve ever experienced! While the camaraderie and events throughout the weekend made the experience, it was my initial entry to the house that I’ll never forget. It far exceeded all expectations. I loved watching each person’s reaction and excitement based on the houses appearance as they trickled into the mansion throughout Friday evening. This house provided exactly what we were looking for: a property to accommodate roughly 34-40 people for our annual "adult camp weekend" which included an array of outdoor activities that required a lot of outdoor space. The yard was phenomenal and allowed for numerous competitive events for our group. The area the house was in, Tannersville, NY, was beautiful and conveniently located to local shops, bars, a lake, and park that had a full court basketball court and sand volleyball pit. The description on the website was consistent with the actual property. The house was clean and organized upon arrival, and it was helpful that there were toiletries and kitchen materials already available (i.e., toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and silverware). The inside of the house was beautiful, spacious, and had a ski lodge homey feel. The house was open and spread out enough that enabled everyone to have their own space (and was able to sleep comfortably), and at the same time enjoy time together. The common areas were perfect for social gatherings. There was an adequate amount of seating, and there were two refrigerators which helped to accommodate all the food and drinks required for the weekend… We LOVED the pool and hot tub. The pool had a fence around it which separated it from the rest of the yard, and the hot tub was under the deck so we were still able to sit in it if it rained. The pool was the perfect temperature. In addition, the bar and game tables in the basement were so fun and a great addition to the house. The whole weekend was filled with amazing memories, and the house/location had a lot to do with it! Every person was beyond impressed with the facility which set the tone from the moment they entered the house. Brett, the owner, was very easy to work with. He was responsive and always had an answer, and was very willing to work with us. We are excited to work with him on an annual basis and would definitely recommend his properties/services to family/friends!
