It's not easy to find an "authentic" New York City apartment at an affordable price with everything you need, so clean, and in an incredible neighborhood with a perfect host. This is the one!

JT communicated well, always answered all emails promptly, we met tje cleaning lady at the apartment when we arrived (who was a delight) and she showed us everything. the apartment is small, but it was clean and perfect for 2 to 4 people. Highly recommend. The neighborhood was great and the apartment was close to a subway station. If i had to say anything i would change, it would be the bed. The bed was rock hard, but again i highly recommend this apartment if you are making a trip to NYC.

Those floors actually shine like they do in the pictures. I swear you could eat off the them (but I didn't). This is the first place I have stayed at using a rental site where the bedding doesn't smell. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location of the apartment is in the back of the building, away from any NY street noise. There's a 24-hour Duane Reade around the corner in case you forgot anything. Good restaurants, pizza, coffee and close to subways. Will be staying here again.
