The living room is fully furnished with a leather sofa, love seat, and chair along with a full size sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two. There is also a 42" television which has premium cable channels ..
The Dining Room and Kitchen:
In the dining room there is a table and chair set that seats 4 and located right next to the full reign kitchen which has a large island, built in wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking essential, a TV and stainless steel appliances.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a tub /shower combination, sink with a vanity along with a hair dryer, towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo/conditioner and additional toiletries..
The Bedroom Garden Suite:
The bedroom has a desk, chair, dresser, poufs, and an extremely comfortable queen size murphy bed. During the day you can use the room as a quiet reading room while watching the view of the garden thru the french doors and at night you can let the murphy bed down and close the blinds and get ready for a comfortable nights rest.

The property is great and the owner is very responsive! The neighborhood is friendly and safe. We really enjoyed our stay! Excellent choice and perfect for a family to stay in!

My Uncle and I decided to do a road trip to NYC from Canada. It was a little over a 7 hour drive for us. I had used VRBO in other cities before but never in NYC. I looked around for places and stumbled upon Debbie's lower apartment in a brownstone in Brooklyn. At first I was a little skeptical of staying in Brooklyn. Would it be more inconvenient than just settling on a hotel for the 4 nights we were going to be there? What would the area be like etc... I messaged Debbie for a price and she was very prompt in responding to my inquiry - not only that she made sure we were aware of the parking situation (plenty of FREE parking on the street!) and then even messaged me again to let me know that I would have to move my car to the other side of the street for street cleaning! I would have missed this for sure !!! When we arrived to the apartment we had some difficulty finding it. I had to email Debbie and within minutes she called me on the phone and has us at the right place in no time! Upon entering the apartment my uncle and I were completely and very happy with the apartment! It was very - very clean! Not only was it clean but Debbie had left us a welcome basket with some very cool articles like bodywash, tooth brushes, teas, coffee, creamer, and other great stuff! Better than any hotel gives you! We arrived late on the Wednesday night and decided to go looking for food for dinner. We walked around a bit and met a couple of great people who were very friendly and we stumbled upon Kennedy's Fried Chicken - probably the best fried chicken for the money! My uncle loved it so much we picked up some for the drive home on the sunday before leaving lol... Access to NYC was very easy! We walked a few blocks where you can pick up the express A train into Manhattan! 25 minutes by train to Central Park! Even faster to the financial district and Chinatown/Little Italy. A $30 cab ride with tip from the Blue Note back to the apartment in Brooklyn! (we went to Groove club instead it was fantastic!) My uncle LOVED staying in a rental and truly appreciated staying at Debbie's Putnam Gardens. Renting a property like this is not for everyone but the convenience for us was amazing and not only that we saved a ton of money! No parking fees - $30-50 per day in the city/hotels! Easy access to the A express train! Most important was the cleanliness! Will definitely stay again in fact my uncle is already thinking about it! Debbie was 1st class
