Hello, my name is Sam. Welcome to my place. I recently (summer 2016) remodeled my 1 bedroom apartment in girdwood town square! I live in the apartment part time and also live elsewhere around Alaska. I'm' happy to share my space with you and yours. The bedroom n has a new firm queen size bed. There is a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with many herbs and spices. This apartment is conveniently located underneath the town's yoga studio. Public shuttle service stop is across the street from the post office to take you anywhere you may need to go in the glacier valley. Skiing, hiking, biking are all accessible right outside the front door. Multiple restaurants near by and a delicious coffee shop next door. There are also two playgrounds near by for the kids and the house is very child friendly (outlets are covered). Dogs are welcome upon approval for an additional deposit. If you have dog allergies this may not be the best place for you. My husband and I and our two dogs live here part time. The place is very clean but if you are highly sensitive I would hate for you to suffer while you were here.
