Plenty of parking and even parking on the lot for a boat. A new full size fridge/freezer has been added to the house. Has washer and dryer available. Campfire area in back of property. Porch and deck make for great hangout areas too on the front side. Very accessible for other guest staying at alligator point. Just say you are staying next to the water tower! Also includes wireless internet!
