Our home is large and beautiful, classic Southern California living, on 5 acres of grounds. (It feels odd "bragging" about our home, we try to be humble people...)

Our home is one-story, no stairways, so excellent for mobility-impaired folks; we have 5 bedrooms + 5.5 bathrooms (one of the bedrooms/baths is a private "guest apartment" with a separate entrance), gourmet eat-in kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, library/office with computer and printer, and a gym in the garage. Wifi throughout house.

We are about 3 miles to the beach, closest beach scenes are Encinitas, Del Mar and La Jolla. We are about 6 miles to the Del Mar Racetrack, and about 25 miles to downtown San Diego, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.
