We built our home with the beauty of the outdoors in mind. There is a view of the lake from nearly every room, it has large windows and french doors making the inside bright and airy.

The chefs kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless appliances and butcher block counter tops, and granite surrounding the sink. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and if you don't like to cook, we are within walking distance of many fine restraunts, including our favorite, Houstons. We are also only a couple steps away from Trader Joes and other local grocery stores.

There are three large bedrooms including the master and two full baths upstairs, a powder room and an additional bedroom/office with attached full bath downstairs.

We just installed a beautiful new salt water pool, surrounded by travertine and a wood deck, and furnished with solid teak chairs, chaise and sofa. Additionally, we have several paddle boards and bicycles for your use. Orlando Paddle Board shop is located only two buildings down from us, and they offer lessons, kayaks, additional boards, etc.

We are less than a mile to Downtown Winter Park/Park Avenue and Rollins College. Enjoy a nice stroll down the brick lined streets, full of fantastic shopping, dining, nightime activity, and many famous festivals. There is no shortage of activities here!
