The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace which is fully screened and fenced on both sides affording privacy whilst not obstructing the magnificent views to the rear. The oversized lanai offers some shade and is complete with outdoor dining area overlooking conservation. The pool is south facing and comes complete with a spa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and DVD combo, with sliding glass doors leading to the pool terrace. It also features an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, separate garden tub, and twin vanities. The second master bedroom has a TV, DVD player, queen size bed, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, twin vanities, and a door leading to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are complete with 2 twin beds each and share the hallway bath with over bath shower. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware etc. Towels and linens are also included as well as a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The owners have even converted the garage into a game room, featuring pool and table-tennis (ping-pong) tables, dartboard and casino play. Conveniently located minutes from I 4 and all major attractions. Sleeps 2-8 people. High chairs and pack and play are also available for use. Book early to avoid disappointment. When I'm looking for a vacation property I like as many details about the property as possible so I'll try to cover everything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and in a good location. This property was perfect for us, plenty of room for grandparents, parents and teens. We chose it because of the two living areas and the 4 bedrooms. It did not disappoint because there was plenty of seating and a bedroom for everyone. The outdoor area put it over the top compared to the other homes we looked at. If you like having your morning coffee or evening drink outside you will love this. It's very private just as the pictures show. You will have to pay extra for the pool heat (as we did and it was worth it for us) but a word of caution that the spa will only be heated at the pool temp (84 degrees I think) so it is not a hot tub. It was nice having two masters. The king room is quite large with a large attached bath, but the queen room with attached bath is smaller. I mention this because if you are two families sharing this house (as we were) there is a difference in the masters where someone will have to compromise. Just FYI. Also, having the 3rd bath for the twin bedrooms to share made getting ready in the mornings so much easier and faster. The kitchen is quite large with a eat-in area. It really has everything you could need to cook a nice meal. * (just bring or buy your own food supplies) * There is a Publix grocery store nearby and we found a new Walmart Super Center (not on our GPS, we found it by accident) about 15 min. away (note - lot of Disney t-shirt/souveniers sold here for low prices) We thought it was an easy drive to all the Disney parks. If this is your first trip or if you weren't going to the parks, be sure to take advantage of "Disney Springs" with free parking and lots of shops and restaurants. It's open to the public. Overall we think you cannot go wrong with this house. It was perfect for us and we would love to stay here again.

Started off as just a getaway from Miami with Co Workers. Ended off Great as ever. The house was awesome. Had everything we needed. I really can’t wait to come back. Next time I will make sure to heat the Pool for an even better experience. It was a pleasure.
