Our attractive and comfortable home is located in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The house has two units with separate entrances that are joined by a spiral staircase in the Carolina Rooms. The house may be rented with seven bedrooms, four bedrooms downstairs, or three bedrooms upstairs. The property includes a heated pool, privacy fence, cabana, and outdoor grill.
The two units have comfortable living room areas with TVs. The upstairs has an inside dining room with a wet bar. The downstairs has an inside dining area. Both units open to enclosed decks or Carolina Rooms for additional dining and entertaining. The two kitchens are furnished with everything needed to prepare food. The upstairs have sky lights. A VCR, DVD, stereo, and four TVs. The downstairs has two VCRs, DVD, and two TVs. Both units have laundry rooms. Each laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Our home has one king and two queens upstairs; and two queens, one full, and four twins downstairs. Linens and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. There are four baths, two upstairs and two downstairs. The first bath upstairs has a shower and garden tub. The second bath upstairs has a shower and tub combination. The third bath downstairs has a shower and no tub. The fourth bath downstairs has a shower and tub combination.
