The second floor comprises a huge master bedroom with 4 piece on suite bathroom plus adjacent den/office with fireplace, plus 2 guest bedrooms with an adjacent private 4 piece ensuite bathroom room and an additional bedroom with adjacent 4 piece bathroom.
The fabulous ground floor features a wonderful country kitchen with top of the line appliances, a large dinning room over looking Lake Muskoka, a large inviting living room with exceptional views of the lake which features an award winning fireplace.
Adjacent to the living room is a 4 season sun room with a very quaint dining area. Off the other side of the living room is a cozy den with a large TV, DVD and Stereo.
The lower level of the main house features a large games room with billards and ping pong tables, a dart board, card table and piano. There is an adjacent TV theater and bar next to the games room.
Off the TV room is a very private bedroom with adjacent 4 piece bathroom.
Finally there is an additional sleeping ares off the games room with a queen size bed if required.
In total the main house includes 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 12.
The main house also features both a sauna and steam room in the house in addition to a hot tub and sauna at the lake.

Off the dining room is a large front deck with outdoor dining, BBQ, a wonderful stone patio all with incredible views of the lake in all directions.
Adjacent to the main house is the guest cottage with 2 bedrooms and a loft (sleeps 6) plus full 4 piece bathroom, living area with fireplace,full kitchen, dinning area and large front deck overlooking the lake with BBQ and outdoor dining. The beautiful sunset views from the deck are wonderful.
At lake front there is the main boathouse, home to one of Muskoka's premier antique boat collections with a boat museum decor. Given that guests want to experience a once in a life time cruise on Lake Muskoka in the award winning 1924 antique 37 foot Minett wooden boat, a driver could be arranged at the expense of the guests.
Also at dock level is a second boathouse with living quarters(sleeps 3), full 4 piece bathroom, living area with fireplace and adjacent small kitchen/bar area. This boathouse features a wonderful deck overlooking the lake with exception views into secluded East Bay.
Below the boathouse at dock level is a large sitting area, change room, bar, sauna and hot tub plus extensive dock space with ample seating.
To the west of the main dock sits a lovely beach, stone patio with fire pit with exceptional views and sunsets.
Next to the beach lies the 2nd cottage(sleeps 6) with a master bedroom plus on suite 3 piece bathroom, bunk bedroom and large guest bedroom. There is also an additional 4 piece bathroom.
There is a lovely rustic kitchen with all appliances, dinning room and cozy living room with an incredible large old stone fireplace. Off the living room is a quaint screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake.
The house features a large outside deck with BBQ and dining area and yields some of the best views on the property.
Included with the 2nd cottage is another boathouse that sleeps 4, with living area and 2 piece bathroom.

Lake Muskoka is the largest lake in the Muskoka region with immediate water and road access to all major tourist attractions and the main towns of Port Carling, Bala, Gravenhurst, and Bracebridge. Lake Muskoka is connected to both Lake Rosseau and Joseph by a set of locks.
