There is twelve person seating in a truly traditional Muskoka dining room overlooking both sunrises and sunsets. Also located on the main floor are a mudroom, office space, laundry room with double washer/dryer. You may also take advantage of the onsite gym with barn doors that open facing the Lake.

UPPER FLOOR

Upstairs you will enter a landing that houses a cozy nook for quiet TV viewing. There is also a Queen bedroom, the boy's room holds two double, and two twin beds, while the girls room features a Queen bed and window seat twin, and second ensuite washroom. You'll also find a large 2nd floor washroom with separate tub, shower, and large sink. Lastly the Master has the added luxury of an ensuite that features a soaker tub, and glass walk-in shower as well as a walkout to it's own private balcony.

BOATHOUSE

Harwood also boasts a fully modern boathouse, with a bunk bedroom, Queen bedroom, bathroom including shower and bathtub. Kitchen contains a large farm sink, hotplate, full fridge, microwave and four bar stools for comfortable seating fill out the boathouse kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs. Outside on the surrounding deck, Muskoka chairs provide seating for a relaxing day in the privacy of your own Muskoka retreat.
