The Kitchen is located behind the Dining Room and contains Viking commercial fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, Viking gas stove, separate pantry with extra fridge, coffee makers, and ice-machine.

The North Wing of the cottage as well as the the North Wing of the Upper Level contains VIP Bedroom Suites. A Party Room with a stage for a band is decorated with sports and rock star memorabilia and contains a 2-piece bathroom, pool table, shuffleboard table, JVL Gaming System (200 video games), foosball table, pinball machine, TV, wet bar, bar area with a saddle chair, drum set, electric guitars, smoke machine, disco ball, laser lighting etc.

The Sportsman Lodge Wing contains two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. A family wing of bedrooms behind the Muskoka Room consists of 4 bedrooms. A second family wing contains two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The south end of the cottage contains an office and 3 additional bedrooms.

The Lower Level contains another fireplace, wet bar and a Media Room with surround sound, a Runco projector system, and reclining chairs to sit 8 people. There is an exercise room located on the Lower Level that comes equipped with a treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, free weights and a TV. A massage therapy room, a steam shower that fits 9 people and is equipped with speakers, and a temperature controlled wine cellar with a Muskoka rock floor for natural cooling.

One deck has a Dining Table that seats 10, with electronic shades. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area is a large lounge area with a fire table, a games table with electric shades as well as a hot tub are close by. There is a large stainless Weber BBQ and heat lamps.
