23 North Sea Pines Drive in Sea Pines Plantation is a lovely 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom private pool home. The house just keeps getting better as the owners continually update with newer furnishings, more up to date appliances, and, essentially, more conveniences for their guests. Owners have updated the kitchen appliances to stainless steel, the dining area furnishings and much of the living room furnishings while also replacing all the flooring on the 1st floor. They have added another flat screen TV in a bedroom and a larger flat screen TV in the living room.

Enjoy the large heated and L shaped private pool* and the beach is just a 2 1/2 minute walk down a secluded beach path right by the house. Every bedroom has either new carpet or hardwood floors and its' own private bath. The Carolina Room offers a large glass table and plenty of seating to relax or for a casual meal, card game or working on a puzzle. It also overlooks the pool* as well. The bathrooms have three with walk-in showers and one has a tub/shower combo, Travertine tile and granite counter tops. All bedrooms have carpet, hardwood flooring and window treatments.

The two-story cathedral ceiling great room has a terrific living area, carpet, a large and comfy sectional sofa, club chair, decorative fireplace, a large flat screen TV with DVD, game table with four chairs, multiple end tables and coffee table. The spacious dining area also has ceramic tile, a rustic heart of pine table with new benches on either side and 2 handsome sea grass woven chairs seating six or eight.

The open kitchen includes a smooth cook top with a convection oven and looks out toward the dining and living area and has a breakfast bar with 6 sea grass stools. Along the entire length of this large great room is a row of five sliding glass doors which all open up to the great year round deck. Here you'll find more seating for relaxing or casual dining with a glass topped table and six green wicker chairs. Additionally, for your comfort and pleasure is a glider sofa and multiple chairs stationed around a large coffee table. The three skylights over this deck and the windows totally surrounding it offer a very peaceful setting. Completing this floor is a large laundry room and a half bath.

Up one staircase you'll find the first of four bedrooms. This master bedroom has a king bed, TV, small private balcony and a private bath with skylight. The second bedroom has twin beds, wicker furniture, TV, small private balcony and private sky lighted bath.

Up a different staircase brings you to the third bedroom which is a master with king bed, a twin sleeper chair, TV, small private balcony overlooking the pool, skylight and private bath. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a duo-bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top (bunk bed can sleep 3), skylight and private bath.

Outside, you'll find a fabulous L shaped pool approximately 28' long on one side and 24' long on the other side and 9' wide. The pool is in a setting of bamboo, oaks and palms. For your convenience, there is also an outdoor shower. The garage is not available to rental guests.
