Gray Cottage, the biggest house, with its large front lawn is backed by a roomy colorfully decorated screened-in porch, and stands as a familiar sentinel to Leland River travelers who move in their boats from the Leland River into Lake Leelanau.

Several yards behind and slightly north of the main house stands Red Cottage, a once-upon-a-time carriage house, transformed into a comfortably rustic 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage boasting a screened in porch that looks out on a gardened yard complete with outdoor seating and a grill.

Both cottages share the shoreline of the lake with its fire pit and lawn furniture. With waterfront availability come a boat slip or dock space for your own or a rented boat. A canoe and other water toys are also available for the pleasure of guests.
