The Space:

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building that is ON the beach in Venice beach. The bedroom window is directly over the sand, ocean and the World Famous Venice Beach Boardwalk. You walk out the front door and step on to the Boardwalk. Take 5 more steps and you're on the sand!

The building has been updated & remodeled recently. The apartment has hardwood / laminate floors with nice, modern furnishings.

There is no air conditioning but there are fans and you can open the windows and let in the nice ocean breezes to cool things down if it gets hot.

The bedroom window has a sweeping view of the beach, ocean and nightly sunset. If you prefer being outdoors, you can walk to the beach or head upstairs to enjoy the rooftop deck.

There is 1 Parking Space available at $25/night. There is also a parking lot next door with variable pricing and some free street parking a few blocks away.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, laundry room and rooftop deck.

Interaction with Guests:

We will interact with you as much or as little as you like. Some guests don't ever see us. Some like us to show them around. Either way is fine.
