This home is close to attractions (less than 3 miles to Legoland; less than 1 hour to the Orlando attractions), yet is a peaceful retreat located in Winterset Gardens on a quiet cul-de-sac. This home provides everything needed for a wonderful vacation. It is on a very clean, spring-fed lake (Little Winterset); it is the last (or first) of the 16 lakes on the chain. We provide two kayaks. You can bring your own fishing poles, boats, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, or other water toys. You can also fish off the dock. The pool is a beautiful place to play. The lanai has lots of seating area for soaking up the sun, and also has a large shaded area. We also provide a propane grill. The home features four bedrooms, two of which open to the lanai. WiFi is provided, as is a large screen TV with cable and HDMI hook-up. A large dining room table provides a place for your family gatherings. If you wish to eat outside, the lanai has two tables and 10 chairs.
