Private indoor, heated pool, indoor hot tub. Game room with pool table, poker table, 3-D large screen TV with satellite. Satellite TVs (with DVDs) in bedrooms and the family room's TV streams Netflix. Almost 100 acres with outdoor fire ring, hiking trail, and propane grill, huge deck. Plenty for everyone. We've also added a sleeper sofa, convertible sofa, and a roll away cot so our capacity is now 15 people.

Additional Guest Policy
Refundable damage deposit $300
Pet Fee $25
Payment terms: Security deposit required to reserve dates. Half of rental fee due 60 days before check in date. Balance due within 30 days of check in. If reservations made within 60 days, the payment schedule will be condensed. We accept all payment through Paypal.com. Invoices are sent out separately to guest's email. Please contact me directly to mail payments. No refunds within 60 days of check in. All refunds have fee of 5% withheld.
Repeat customers earn discounts on their next stay--5% for 2 nights, 10% for 3 or more nights.
Additional persons $25.00 per person per day. Base rate includes 12.
One week rate includes 6 nights/7 days. Rate is $4600 per week.

Pet fees $25.00 per pet per day and $200.00 deposit per pet.
Reservation/Security deposit $300.00 ($500-2000 for parties over 12, $1000.00 for month rentals)
