Our property located in the Barrio Puntas neighborhood of Rincon is the perfect place for groups large and small to get away and experience everything Puerto Rico has to offer. There are 4 villas throughout 3 floors that are available to rent separately or you can rent the entire property to sleep up to 20 people.
The first floor has two 1-bedroom apartments each with two queen beds and living/kitchen area for $115/night.
The second floor villa has three bedrooms including a master suite with king size bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. The 2 additional rooms each have a full size bed and there is a fully-equipped eat in kitchen and living room. It is $205/night.
The third floor villa is the same layout as the second and has ocean views for $235/night.
The entire property is available for $670/night.
All of the units have wrap around verandas with hammocks, access to the private pool, grill, laundry room, and onsite parking for up to 7 vehicles and all units have wifi/cable and AC in the bedrooms.
