This 2 storey house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 large dining room, 1 double garage, sun deck in the huge backyard. Within 5 minutes, you will have all the stores you need for your living here. 4 big grocery stores - Save on Foods, Safeway, IGA, and Sobeys; various banks and stores at Namao Center or Northgate Mall; different restaurants with flavors around the world; pharmacies; clinics; gyms; post offices etc. The Rexall Place and the Common Wealth Stadium are the places for sports and concerts, which is only 2.1m away. Within 15-20 minutes of drive, you will be at the heart of the city, or the famous West Edmonton Mall. Or if you care about the scenery enroute, bus #162 at the end of the block will take you straight to central downtown. City Center Mall, Churchill Square, the new ICE Stadium District, all are just beside the bus stops. You will also pass NAIT, Kingsway Mall, and Grand MacEwan University on the bus route. Bus #9 out of Eaux Claires Center will take you all the way to UofA or even Southgate Mall. What a bout a walk around the lake or the park 2 blocks away, after a nice family dinner. Enjoy the seasonal colors and wild life the nature has to offer; talk to neighbors to make some new friends; jog for good health, etc. The Beaumaris Lake community is a very matured community, besides all the facilities an urban life needs, all the neighbors are very friendly and well mannered, you will find that the longer you stay, the more you like this area.
