This 2 storey house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 large dining room, 1 double garage, sun deck in the huge backyard. Within 5 minutes, you will have all the stores you need for your living here. 4 big grocery stores - Save on Foods, Safeway, IGA, and Sobeys; various banks and stores at Namao Center or Northgate Mall; different restaurants with flavors around the world; pharmacies; clinics; gyms; post offices etc. The Rexall Place and the Common Wealth Stadium are the places for sports and concerts, which is only 2.1m away. Within 15-20 minutes of drive, you will be at the heart of the city, or the famous West Edmonton Mall. Or if you care about the scenery enroute, bus #162 at the end of the block will take you straight to central downtown. City Center Mall, Churchill Square, the new ICE Stadium District, all are just beside the bus stops. You will also pass NAIT, Kingsway Mall, and Grand MacEwan University on the bus route.
