The property consists of a main house and a pool house. The main house has an open floor plan that is excellent for family gatherings a

nd entertaining. With a huge fireplace in the living room and master bedroom, you can be sure to keep cozy on the cooler winter nights. Radiant heated floors keep the house cozy at all

times. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial grade range that has 12 burners and two ovens. Two built in mini fridges keep beverages nice and cold and easily accessible. The butlers pantry has two stainless dishwashers, Huge refrigerator, with ice makers and filtered water, deep sink, and all of the Dishes and utensils needed to enjoy a fabulous stay.

Outside the oversized sliding glass doors is the back porch where you will find a commercial grade Stainless Barbecue and Built in Pizza Oven. Sit outside on the deck and enjoy the views on the 10 person table with chairs.

The main house has a master with master bath, and two identical guest bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The Pool House has a queen sized pull down Murphy Bed and bathroom with a huge walk in shower. It also has two mini fridges, sink, flat screen TV, and a pool table.

The entire property has a Sonos stereo system that enables you to control the music being played in each area from one iPod. Outside of the pool house is a huge gas fire pit with 12 chairs, Infinity edge pool with spa, Bocci Ball court, and outside covered patio with nicely padded furniture. Rest by the pool and soak up the sun on the comfortable padded lounges and chairs. This property is truly one of a kind and you will be hard pressed to find better mountain views in Napa.

The Estate is a working ranch with daily work being done by a two man staff. They have specific instruction to be as discreet and non intrusive as possible during rental periods. This property also has a guest house that is not included in the rental that is occupied by the estate caretaker. The caretaker as well as the Ranch Foreman will be happy to assist with any questions or concerns about the use of the property.
