Our rate includes the main 8 bedroom house. The two smaller villas are available for an additional charge.

Our 35 acre Estate has spectacular views of the entire Napa Valley, as far as Mt St Helena. Our photos do not do justice to the property. The views are reminiscent of Italy, overlooking vineyards and olive trees orchards. The property features a 20 acre Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard creating a quiet, zen-like setting. This agricultural land has a strict noise ordinance in effect. The 7500 square feet of living space is divided between three Villas with a total of 7 to 11 bedrooms and 11 baths. The main Tuscan Style Villa has 8 bedrooms 9 bathrooms, the detached Stone Villa has 2 bedrooms 1 bath plus a 1 bedroom 1 bath detached Tuscan Villetta. Our rental rate only includes the Main Villa but the cottages are available at additional cost.

Events: Although events of any type are strictly forbidden at this property as mandated by Napa County ordinance CC-38. We do have access to a beautiful rural event facility adjacent to our property.

We do not use the VRBO or Home Away calendar.

*An important note: We are a legal monthly rental. We are allowed under the law to rent monthly, one rental lease per 31 days, twelve leases per year. The municipal code does not require visitors to physically stay at our facility for 31 days. Since we are a monthly rental, we are not required to collect the 12% transient occupancy tax.
