Large private deck and BBQ with views and yard with private creek and waterfall. Great for families with kids as we have bikes and located close to hiking and biking trails and skiing and golfing. Only 10 minute walk to Bow River and downtown Canmore.Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 30 percent of the rent is due immediately.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

A fee is charged for this service.

A guest must request this optional service.

The daily maid service is provided for 30.00 per hour.Snow Skiing & Boarding

Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
