2 Doane's Wharf is a two story New England colonial with a large sprawling lawn leading down to a marina and full private waterfront access. The property is located just a quick stroll from historic Dock Square which has many dining, recreational and boutique shopping options available. It is only a half mile from the sandy beaches of Kennebunk.

The first floor of the house consists of a large living room, a dining area, a half bath with laundry facilities and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. The second floor has two full bathrooms and four bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate eight people. If the pull out trundle bed is used then nine people can sleep comfortably.

The backyard has a gas grill and a large gated lawn with full waterfront and dock access. Guests are encouraged to bring their kayaks and/or canoes as there is ample areas to store and launch from the lawn. For those guests who do not own their own kayaks, rentals and guided tours are available on the adjacent property. We provide bicycles and fishing equipment to our guests while staying at the property.

In 2015, all of the rooms were newly furnished and all of the bathrooms were fully renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. All dishware and kitchen utensils are provided as are trash bags and basic cleaning supplies.
