There is a $100 cleaning and refreshing Fee.
• Check in after 4 pm, unless other arrangements have been made with owner.
• Check out 11:00am, unless other arrangements have been made.

Please ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property.

Property Rules

1) Remove all used bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) and used towels and washcloths and place them in the laundry room.
2) Wash, dry, and put away all used dishes and utensils
3) Wipe food debris from countertops, tables, stove, refrigerator and microwave
4) Please do not put food particles, including grease and coffee grounds, in the sink drain. We have a sewage system that is not designed to handle kitchen trash. Put coffee grounds in trash if you have used the coffee maker.
5) Empty bathroom trash cans into large kitchen trash can (trash bags provided) and take plastic trash bag to large trash bin outside. All trash must be secured in a large closed trash bag or it will not be picked up by the county service.
6) Return furniture to original location if it has been moved.
7) If any items have been taken to the riverfront, please bring them back to the house.
8) If sofa beds are used, please take linens to laundry room and replace cushions on sofas.
