This property was completed in September 2010, it is just off the beach, the pool is amazing! There is a beautiful landscaped garden with meandering pathways to a BBQ area, pool and the beach. You will be secure behind a guarded gate, with constantly patrolling security personnel. Property features a private beach, and is with in minutes of downtown or the Hotel Zone. There is a Superama Wal-Mart Grocery store just minutes away on Avenieda Bonampak, a convenience store across the street and several beachfront restaurants just minutes down the road. The ferry terminal is a half a block away too! This is a fantastic location!

When you book we will furnish you with a full array of options for safe and reliable transportation, tours and activities. We have a property manager that will assist you with check in, and any other questions or needs during your stay.

This property could easily rent for $1,200-$1,500 a week with the location and amenities; we do not have any art on the wall, or high end décor. We have made a decision to offer an awesome location, with fantastic amenities and a very comfortable condo at a value price. We repeat this is a value oriented condo, we do not have daily maid service; there is a washer and dryer if you need to wash the towels or sheets. Please do not put mattress covers in the dryer they will melt and shrink.

Recently a well respected travel website rated the beach Punta Norte on Isla Mujeres as the #9 rated beach in the world and the only beach in the Cancun are to make that list. We mention this because our condo is about a block south of the ferry terminal that will take you to Isla Mujeres. There are numerous other fun activities to do on the island, it is a great way to spend a day making memories.
