Upper and lower decks face the back yard and lake . Not your average rental as we we use this as our personal vacation home as well. Approx 3 miles from Eddy Creek Marina by land 2 miles by water. Get away for a winter weekend retreat or hit the water boating and fishing in the spring and summer. Must be over 30 to rent and prefer family or small group of friends. 2 decks overlook the back yard and lake with walkway to the private dock.
