BEAUTIFUL DESIGNER HOME 2 blocks from beach, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
MY home is IDEALLY located for family fun during the summer weeks in Virginia Beach! Its PRIME location makes it close enough to walk or bike to the boardwalk shops and restaurants, and 2 short blocks to the beach. My golf cart (please ask about) and buggy make your trip to the beach hassle free in carrying coolers and chairs. Pulling up close to the beachfront with the cart makes it a breeze compared to commonly fighting for a parking spot. I will PERSONALLY ( please call me 7574097383) show you the ropes of where to park upon arrival. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and garage ice machine and refrigerator are all available for your use. My driveway has plenty of parking unlike the NorthEnd homes and with over an acre lot there is ample room for kids to play in the backyard. My favorite spot is the outdoor patio which is a perfect place to relax and grill (gas) out watching the golfers go by. The main house has a master suite, (king bed), spacous closet , vanity area, bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The laundry area is centrally located upstairs. Two queens size bedrooms and one bedroom with a trundle bed (a set of singles). There are a total of 3 bathroom upstairs. There is a huge cozy family room (2014 LG smart tv) adjacent to the kitchen. Formal living and dining rooms areas and a beautiful bright side porch are to the right side of the house looking to the front. I do have a two car garage with an apt above thats hosts a single yearly renter. It's a completely separate entrance through the breezeway and will not interfere with your privacy one bit. (yearly renter has no use of backyard area) I personally greet each family to show them around upon arrival which makes your time of entry as easy as possible. I will be happy to recommend the local hot spots and good resturants (not tourist traps!) to make your vacation full of Virginia Beach fun!

The unique qualities of this rental are many but most importantly the LOCATION and the QUALITY of my home. Most locals would agree that you can't beat the space and luxury of my lot and neighborhood in conjunction with it's proximity to the beach and boardwalk. To be on the Princess Anne Golf course is certainly a bonus!

I am an interior designer so my furnishings are not like just any rental for sure. I take great pride in my house and it's comfort for all ages. Linens and bath towels all provided for. I am looking for ONLY renters that will appreciate my home and take care of it's surroundings. This is my fifth season for renting out only 8 weeks in the summer so i have the routine down to a fine art. I am also less than a mile away to troubleshoot any concern that might arise. I feel confident you would be thrilled to stay here for your vacation! Please book early as I was full last year by April 6th!
