As you walk in the front door, you pass through the modern kitchen which leads into a dining and living room area open to the second story. The main level also includes a half bath, laundry area and master suite that can be closed off from the main living area. After a long day of boating and swimming in the sun, enjoy a long shower in the master bathroom. You won't believe the relaxation that the double shower heads, rainfall shower and double jets provide! Sliding glass doors allow for a view of the lake as you drift off to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with an extra large side by side refrigerator, flat top stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All appliances are less than four years old. Cooking is a dream and seating is no issue with table seating in the dining room for six, counter seating for four and patio seating for six. Our family enjoys cooking breakfast on the side porch table using the provided electric griddle.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with balconies that look down onto the living room. One bedroom is setup to accommodate six children, and the other contains a king-sized bed. Both have their own private full baths.

Our teenagers enjoy taking control of the downstairs. There you will find another living room area, two bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds) and a full bath. In addition, the downstairs living room provides access to a rubber floored garage bay that contains a ping pong table. Downstairs, sliding glass doors lead to the concrete patio from either the living room area or one of the two bedrooms. We've equipped the patio with two extra long picnic tables and a charcoal grill. The patio is large, with plenty of room for socializing and enjoying a game of corn hole.

Outdoors, there is parking in the semi circle driveway in the front of the home, and a shared driveway leads to additional parking next to the concrete patio out back.

The gently rolling yard leads to the dock with two covered slips. The dock is a beautiful spot to enjoy the late evening, clean the day's catch or jump in for a quick cool-off in the lake. And at the end of the day, it's a simple walk back to the house with your coolers and catch--no steps, no hills.
