Beach block -just cross the street to the Beach - Our place is just 3 houses from the corner, just cross one street and you're at the beach. Easily go to and from the beach all day long. The beach at our street has a lifeguard, so you don't have to walk any distance left or right to swim.
We have a driveway (1 car), and if you have more cars street parking is almost always easy and very close (free -no meters).
We have recently redecorated inside. Enjoy relaxing or eating on the screened-in back porch under the ceiling fan. Enjoy the fresh air feeling of the outside screened-in private shower. Enjoy the rear lawn for backyard games.
