Welcome to our Beach House. This home is one of the most unique on the Strand. Situated along the Boardwalk between the World Famous "Jetty" at the North end of Silverstrand Beach and the protected Swimming Beach within the Channel Islands Marina. You will enjoy all that is Beach Culture on parade before your eyes. With the Harbor entrance as your back drop you will see every boat large and small as they come and go. A few steps down the path will bring you to the beautiful white sand beach of Silverstand. There you will find a beach goers paradise. Whether it be surfing, strolling or walking your dog looking for beach glass, Silverstrand Beach never disappoints. The main living area upstairs easily seats 8-10 for relaxing with the view or enjoying a movie on the 65" Flat Screen TV with internet, cable . For the Gourmet there is a well equipped kitchen which includes a 65 inch Viking gas rang with 6 burners and a griddle. This house comes with all the pots and pans to make that special meal. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a fire place and 50 inch TV. Downstairs is a second 65 inch TV connected to an XBOX. Perfect little area for teenagers or kids to hang out. The second and third bedroom are both located downstairs. The second bedroom has two double beds, 50 inch TV and a view of the harbor. The third bedroom has two bunk beds that sleep four.

In the garage, you'll find a full size washer and dryer. The garage is also filled with kayaks, Paddle boards and surfboards to enjoy your stay at our beach house. What makes this house special is our front enclosed patio, with outdoor furniture, which is a rarity on the Strand. There is also an outdoor gas grill located outside.
