This large, 1,800 s.f. 4 bedroom/3 bath beach vacation home is ideally located directly across the street from the beach--close enough to hear the waves, watch surfers and, if you're lucky, see the occasional pod of dolphins.

This is a beautiful property with stunning ocean & beach views, high open ceiling, stone floors, open floor plan (living room/dining area/kitchen), a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, granite counter-tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, in-unit washer & dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a luxurious master bath (the shower has 2 shower-heads, 4 jets and a rain head!).

The master bedroom features a California King-sized bed, the other 3 bedrooms include a king, queen & a trundle (can be either 2 twins or a king). This vacation beach house also is complete with WiFi access throughout, flat-screen TVs in the living room & master bedroom, gas fireplace operated by wall switch, washer and dryer inside the home, and parking for 3 cars. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included during your stay with us.

You are walking distance to the beaches of Balboa Peninsula, .6 miles to the famous Boardwalk, 1.3 miles to the Pier, minutes from numerous restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. You are also just minutes from world-class upscale shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, Balboa Island, and Corona del Mar. Disneyland is about 25 minutes away and Newport Beach is situated about one hour south of Los Angeles / Hollywood and 90 minutes north of San Diego, Sea World, and the famous San Diego Zoo.

We manage this property ourselves. You won't be dealing with a management company or an answering service--you'll be working directly with the Owners. We live nearby, so we can respond quickly if you need anything during your stay.
